Our journey began in 2018 with a simple, poignant observation. Three friends, witnessing the silent struggle of birds searching for water during the scorching summer heat, realized that even the smallest gesture of care could preserve a life.
That moment sparked more than just a temporary solution; it ignited a movement. What started as a local effort to provide water for the voiceless has blossomed into a mission-driven foundation dedicated to nurturing hope and inspiring tangible change across our communities.

Rising Youth Empowerment (RYE) is a professional manpower and staffing agency committed to creating sustainable employment opportunities for unskilled and semi-skilled youth and women.
We bridge the gap between industries needing reliable manpower and individuals seeking dignified work, ensuring both productivity and social impact.
Our team provides verified, trained, and dependable labour services across multiple sectors — with transparent operations and an integrated welfare system in partnership with the Rising Youth Foundation (RYF).
